Paul’s vast knowledge of the Construction Industry has served him well as Director of Construction Administration, managing the CA process of Tecton’s major projects.

A professional of Tecton for over twenty years, Paul also oversees the technical and detailing aspects of project documentation, based on his expertise in the many facets of contract document production and project management.

Paul is member of The Construction Institute, CSI Construction Specification Institute and is a Program Advisor at Porter & Chester Institute. He also serves on the Birch Grove School Building Committee in Tolland, Connecticut.
