The Two Rivers Middle School, a CREC inter-district magnet facility, educates science and technology students in grades six through eight.

Situated along the banks of the Connecticut River, the architectural and interior design supports a unique educational program that unites technology studies with environmental science. The three-story, 120,000 SF building of expansive glass offers panoramic views of the surrounding natural environment that serve as both extended classrooms and an impressive source of energy-saving daylighting. Vibrant primary colors, exciting patterns and surprising angles, used throughout the exterior and interior of the school, encourage academic exploration and stimulate young imaginations.
