Municipal

As symbols of the town, municipal projects belong to the entire community. In addition to providing the space needed to conduct the community’s business and maintain records, they serve multiple purposes. Careful allocation of available funding is, to us as stewards of the projects awarded to Tecton, the keystone of municipal architecture. It means carefully allocating the community’s dollars to add value to the community as a whole.
Ancillary spaces such as community centers, offices, as well as senior and recreation centers, represent not only the client, but the community as well. We meet the challenge of creating multipurpose spaces that appeal to and attract the people of the community.
Whether new construction or reuse of existing facilities, our client municipalities have benefited from Tecton’s creative, innovative, and functional design solutions. Meeting unique needs while meeting critical project deadlines and budget constraints is our goal.
