Charlton Public Safety Facility

Tecton and H2M Architects + Engineers completed a space needs assessment, site analysis and preliminary designs for a new combined public safety facility for the Town of Charlton. This work also included development of a cost estimate, schematic design package, community outreach support and presentation materials in support of a spring town meeting. Following completion of the initial study, the Town approved funding for Phase II services, including design development, construction documentation and pre-qualification/bidding support. To date, final funding has not been approved for construction of the project.
