Gatto Development and Tecton Architects collaborated to design Heritage Square, the first “urban living” condominium development in New Canaan, Connecticut. Located on a former vacant property in the heart of the downtown area, the team started with a strategic vision for the dense urban fabric. The completed mixed-use development establishes a presence along Forest Street, with sensitivity to the scale and character of the existing buildings and context. Street-level commercial space is topped by six luxury residential units, offering single-floor living, covered parking, private balconies and high-end finishes.
