Loomis Chaffee School Richmond Hall Dormitory

Loomis Chaffee’s Richmond Hall is a 50-bed dormitory with four faculty apartments and a state-of-the-art health clinic in the lower level. The dorm’s placement forms a small, intimate quadrangle with the surrounding buildings, encompassing sitting walls, patios and a firepit. In the spirit of the original quadrangle, Tecton designed this new building to maintain the architectural integrity that distinguishes the campus, incorporating brick, slate, copper and ivory materials.
