Faced with aging facilities and a desire to attract top talent, Rogers Corporation sought to expand and re-imagine its primary Research & Development facilities. Working within a complex campus with some buildings dating back to the 1800s, Tecton completed a 10-year master plan and outlined a reorganization strategy of the entire 20+ building campus to reposition Rogers in the international materials research market and improve efficiencies. The proposed first phase of the multi-phase campus master plan centered on elevating the campus entrance and visitor areas, highlighting the company’s capabilities in a modern, tour-friendly facility.
