Tecton has supported the master plan of Southbury Plaza for more than 15 years. The property includes a 300,000 square foot shopping center with a strong tenant mix of national and local retail specialty shops, including Stop & Shop and T.J. Maxx. Tecton led the plaza’s aesthetic transition to a more traditional New England character, as well as on-going renovations and expansion to attract new clients. Additionally, the north side of the site includes the 3-story Southbury Medical Building, with plans for an additional Medical Office Building, to create a Medical Campus in the heart of Southbury.
