Advancing Fundraising for a Division I Facility

To aid in recruitment and enhance the student athlete experience, Tecton worked with URI to evaluate the necessary renovations to convert the West Gym into a training facility for the men’s and women’s basketball teams. The study included a review of the existing space layout and conditions, recommendations, phasing, cost estimate, floorplans, renderings and a supporting marketing brochure to aid in fundraising.
