  • Project Manager

    Our team is seeking motivated, experienced managers with strong architectural/project management skills.  Strong experience with corporate, healthcare, dialysis, or educational projects desired.

     

    Dedication to design, management, plan development, and communication skills is required. Comfort with team interactions and light travel is a must.

     

    We are seeking a hands-on manager who thrives in team settings and can bring strong technical design abilities, client-management finesse and construction documents knowledge to the team.

     

    Requirements: Architectural registration preferred, proven design skills, project management expertise, polished client management skills, and a minimum of 8-10 years of applicable experience required. Applicant must be able to work independently and possess solid technical and organizational skills. Mastery of AutoCAD, Revit, Office is necessary.

  • Interior Designer

    We are seeking a talented, determined and energetic Interior Designer demonstrating particular interest in corporate design and space planning, to work on a variety of projects. You will work closely with client managers provide support maintaining existing client relationships. Depending on experience level, direct client contact will be minimal at first but grow with time. Your work will also include a variety of tasks including programming, space planning, test fits, design, and construction documents for varying size interior fit-out renovations, as well as some construction administration. There will be growth opportunities such as work in other market sectors (including healthcare, academic and municipal), increased direct client contact and design opportunities, management of projects/teams, and pursuit of new client relationships. Dedication to creative, quality design, detail-oriented documentation, and a desire to develop strong client management abilities a must. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and an ability to work well as part of a collaborative team is critical. This is a great opportunity for growth with an established, expanding New England firm with a reputation for long term relationships with our clients.

     

    Requirements: The ideal candidate would have 1-5 years of corporate space planning and interior design experience, but highly-motivated recent graduates also welcome. Candidate should have working knowledge of systems furniture and planning for the corporate environment, as well as client management abilities, or a willingness to learn these skills. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design is required. NCIDQ Certification is a plus, or dedicated path towards certification. Applicant must also have a professional presence and possess solid technical and organizational skills. Mastery of the following application software is required: AutoCAD, Revit, Word and Excel.

  • Revit/Autocad Specialist

    Talented Autocad/Revit specialists sought to support our corporate, healthcare, education and retail teams. Duties will be focused on the creation of architectural CAD drawings through all phases of the project – schematic design, design development and, most importantly, the creation of construction documents. The staff members will also participate in field work, including measuring and creation of existing condition drawings.

     

    An understanding of construction detailing, construction documents and CAD drafting is required for this position. Dedication to creative, quality architectural design and strong presentation and communication skills is also required. Comfort with group interactions is a must. This position will report directly to the Senior Project Manager for the assigned team. This is a full-time position with outstanding growth potential.

     

    Requirements: Applicant must be a graduate of an accredited architectural school and must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience. Applicant must be experienced in the development of full sets of architectural construction documents and all of their component parts – details, schedules, etc. Must be organized, detail oriented and work well within a team environment.

    Demonstration of construction detailing, design and presentation skills will be required in an interview. Mastery of basic computer skills including AutoCAD, Revit, Word, Excel, and relevant presentation software is necessary.
